We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect compared to what is stated on your packing slip.

Shipping Policy Reminder:
Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. If the tracking information shows the item was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to file a claim with your local postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot take action on our end until that process is completed. If your package remains missing after the claim, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
